Some include therapy, inhalers of different types, steroid tablets etc.  Therapy is given to ease the condition of the patients and to control the condition by avoiding attacks.  Therapy is not only given for the physical body but it can also include mental therapy to reduce stress.

Asthma lungs can be a very stressful condition and can affect the patient emotionally.  Inhalers are also used to bring relief to the patient. There are two types, relievers and preventers. Relievers are usually used during an asthmatic attack and as the patient inhales the medication they are relieved. Preventers on the other hand are used for prevention of asthmatic attacks.  It is vital for one to have an inhaler or some other form of treatment for prevention of asthma lungs from getting worse.

Asthma study tries to put to light the condition. People who study the disease at most are trying to find a cure for it.
